What is Code 95 and why does it matter?

Code 95 is the EU Driver Certificate of Professional Competence that professional drivers need to drive HGVs, buses and coaches commercially. Every driver we place completes Code 95-aligned upskilling before departure, so they arrive prepared for the formal EU qualification steps and your induction.

Where do Code 95 Plus drivers come from?

We recruit experienced, licenced professional drivers from India and GCC countries, verify their driving history and qualifications, then upskill them to European standards at our dedicated campus before they travel.

What happens after we send our requirements?

Operators receive matched candidate profiles from our active pipeline of 300+ pre-screened drivers. Selected drivers then complete Code 95 upskilling and full documentation before they deploy.

Which countries do you place drivers in?

We place drivers with haulage and logistics operators in Germany, Ireland, Spain, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and Belgium, with capacity to support other EU member states.

What driver categories can you supply?

We recruit HGV and truck drivers (Cat C/CE), bus and coach drivers (Cat D/DE), van and light commercial vehicle drivers (Cat B/B+E), forklift operators, and warehouse and distribution staff.

Does the operator pay for driver training?

No. Code 95-aligned upskilling and pre-departure preparation take place at our campus before drivers travel. Any steps still required in the destination country, such as licence formalities, are explained to you before you commit.
