FOR EMPLOYERS

Hire Truck Drivers in Europe

Code 95 Plus recruits experienced professional drivers from India and the GCC countries, upskills them to European standards before departure, and places them with haulage and logistics operators across the EU. You interview and select; we handle sourcing, preparation and the documentation around it.

WHERE WE PLACE DRIVERS

Driver recruitment, country by country.

Each page covers the roles we fill in that market, how licence recognition and work authorisation are handled there, and the questions operators there actually ask.

What you get that a job advert does not.

Drivers are upskilled before they arrive

Selected drivers go through Code 95 preparation and a practical driving assessment at our Indian campus before departure — not after they land on your yard. You are interviewing drivers who have already been assessed.

Paperwork is coordinated, not handed to you

Licence recognition and work-authorisation rules differ by country and by the licence a driver holds. We confirm the correct route for your country, prepare the driver's side of the documentation, and work alongside your side of it at every stage.

You interview and select

We shortlist from a pre-screened pipeline and present matched profiles. You decide who joins your fleet. We do not place a driver you have not chosen.

Support through the first 30 days

Arrival is where international placements usually fail. We stay involved for the first 30 days after a driver reaches your depot, so problems surface while they are still fixable.

COST & TIMELINE

What actually drives the cost and the timeline.

We do not publish a single price, because there isn't one — and an agency that quotes before seeing your requirement is guessing. These are the four things that move the number and the date:

01

Licence category and endorsements

A CE driver with ADR or a tanker endorsement takes longer to source than a Cat C rigid driver, and the pool is smaller.

02

Destination country

Work-authorisation routes and licence recognition differ by country, and that difference drives most of the timeline.

03

Language requirement

A role needing working German or Dutch narrows the pool considerably compared with an English-tolerant international route.

04

Volume and timing

A standing requirement for several drivers is easier to plan and schedule than a single urgent seat.

EMPLOYER FAQ

Hiring drivers from outside the EU: common questions.

How do I hire truck drivers from outside the EU?

You tell us the licence category, vehicle type, volume and timeline. We shortlist pre-screened drivers from our pipeline and present matched profiles for you to interview. Once you select a driver, we confirm the licence-recognition route for your country, coordinate the work-authorisation application alongside your side of the paperwork, and run the driver through Code 95 preparation and a practical assessment before departure. The driver arrives documented and ready to integrate, and we support the placement for the first 30 days.

Which European countries does Code 95 Plus recruit drivers for?

We have dedicated pages for Germany, Ireland, Spain, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Latvia and Lithuania, and we consider requirements from operators in any EU member state. If your country is not listed, send the requirement anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.

What does it cost to hire a driver through Code 95 Plus?

There is no single figure, and any agency quoting one before seeing your requirement is guessing. Cost and timeline depend on the licence category and endorsements, the destination country's work-authorisation route, the language level the role needs, and the volume you are hiring. Tell us the requirement and we quote against it in writing.

How long does it take to get a driver into my fleet?

It depends mainly on the destination country's work-authorisation route and the licence category. We give you a realistic schedule for your specific requirement rather than a generic figure, and we would rather tell you a date is unrealistic up front than miss it later.

Where do your drivers come from?

We source experienced professional drivers primarily from India and the GCC countries. We also place drivers who are already working in Europe and want to move to a role in another EU country, including the permit paperwork that move requires.

Are the drivers already Code 95 certified when they arrive?

Drivers complete Code 95 preparation and a practical driving assessment at our Indian campus before departure, aligned with Driver CPC content. Formal certification and licence recognition follow the destination country's own process, which we confirm and handle the paperwork for. We will not tell you a driver holds something they do not.

Do the drivers speak English, German or the local language?

Language levels vary by driver, and requirements vary by role. We tell you the level a driver has actually reached and match them to roles where that level is enough, rather than overstating it to close a placement.

What happens if a driver does not work out?

Talk to us during the first 30 days, when we are still actively supporting the placement. Specific terms are set out in the agreement we put in writing before any driver is placed, so you know where you stand before you commit.

Can you supply several drivers at once, or only individual hires?

Both. A standing requirement for several drivers is usually easier for us to plan than a single urgent seat, because we can schedule the pre-departure programme around it.

Do you recruit anything besides truck drivers?

Yes — bus and coach drivers, van and light commercial drivers, forklift operators, warehouse and distribution staff, and transport coordinators.
